More than 21 days before arrival date, refund 80% of the deposit.
6-20 days before arrival date, refund 60% of the deposit.
5 days or less before arrival date, no refund.
R120 will be charged on all refunds processed.
Agents vouchers may not be cancelled 5 days or less before arrival and they will be invoiced out in full.
Covid-19 Protocol (Subject to change without notice)
The Principle guest will be responsible for the covid19 behaviour of other guests in his or her party. Our Covid19 protocol provides for temperature checks on arrival and if suspect, guests will not be permitted to enter but will be referred to a health care facility. Temperature checks will also be taken daily and noted in a document to be kept in the room for that purpose and which will be left behind on departure. 1 1/2 metre social distancing with staff and other guests will apply when face masks must also be worn. Guests must have their own hand sanitizer and other protective equipment. The guesthouse will keep a small stock of protective equipment available for purchase. Linen changes, room service and sanitation will be conducted every third day.
