Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 5 days or more before arrival date, full refund of deposit.
Cancellation 4 days or less before arrival date, no refund.
Agent’s vouchers may not be cancelled 4 days or less before arrival date and they will be invoiced out in full.
A handling fee of R60.00 will be charged on all refunds processed.
